In addition to #Blogtober, the Lord has generously provided me the opportunity to explore my creativity through #Inktober.
What is #Inktober, you ask? #Inktober involves doing an ink drawing in your sketchbook journal every day of October.
Why ink? Drawing in ink helps develop the habit of drawing without erasing. There is a joy that comes from holding a pen and putting it to paper.
When you create art, you create something unique to be shared with others. This not only brings you joy as an artist, but it brings joy to those who experience and engage with your art.
Creativity shared is generosity unleashed.
Therefore, I thought I’d share a few ink sketches that I doodled as part of my participation in #Inktober 2023. I hope you enjoy them.

I look forward to seeing you in the “comments”!
Abundant Blessings,

you’re more than welcome buddy
after a few months on focusing on setting up a radio station it’s nice to engage with bloggers again (and my 2 minute videos start up again next week 😀)

Thanks, Andy. Yes, live events are always excellent learning opportunities. Sometimes it’s the way words flop out of your mouth once you open the mic. Other times, it’s some weirdo technology glitch. But I think it builds resilience—which we need in this life. You gotta get off the mat when life knocks you down.
Yes, the Lord takes all that mess and makes something beautiful out of it. Thankfully. I’m uber grateful If I can do a small semblance of the same through my art. Thanks for reading and sharing your encouraging thoughts.

Great drawings.
It’s a similar thing with Live Radio…you don’t get to erase a mistake and have another go. If it goes wrong, just own it, move on – and fix whatever went wrong…I’m getting well versed at that last part 😉
We don’t get a second chance at life……….well we do and we don’t – we have to live out the consequences of our actions, but I’m eternally grateful that there God always gives us another opportunity and is able to redeem even the most dark and complex of situations when we turn our face to Him: I’m eternally grateful that God doesn’t erase us along with our mistakes/failings/weaknesses, but works with who we are as He shapes us to become ever more like Jesus, taking all of who we are and making it into something outrageously beautiful.
