In our post-pandemic society, it is more challenging, as Christians, to hold on to our Biblical principles. We live in an upside-down world where boys may no longer identify as boys and being a woman is incredibly challenging—not to mention the political dissonance in our country and the upheaval in the Middle East.
There is a full-throttle assault on all cultural norms, disrupting traditional gender roles, marriage, and morality.
How do you maintain a biblical view as a Christian during such trying times?
Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
Psalm 1:1-2 (NIV)

Here are 3 practices that I believe will help you in your quest of maintaining a Biblical worldview in a rapidly changing culture:
1. For us to maintain a Biblical worldview in an radically changing culture we must immerse ourselves in the Word of God. By spending time in prayer and studying the Bible, we gain a deeper understanding of God’s principles and teachings.
2. Additionally, we need to spend time with a community of believers who share the same Biblical values. This helps provide us with support and encouragement as we strive to uphold a Biblical worldview.
3. To maintain a Biblical worldview, we need to seek discernment and wisdom from the Holy Spirit as we navigate the ever-increasing complexities in a culture that is changing at a historic pace.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
James 1:5 (NIV)
Seeking discernment and wisdom from the Holy Spirit in today’s changing culture involves actively engaging in a relationship with God through prayer, meditation on His Word, and obedience to His commands.
By taking these steps, we position ourselves to receive the wisdom and discernment that comes from God through the Holy Spirit, enabling us to navigate today’s changing culture with a Biblical perspective.
I pray that as you strive to maintain a Biblical worldview, you will spend time in prayer and in God’s word. This is where we find truth and peace in a world filled with deceit and turmoil.
Remember: Tell somebody about Jesus today!
Steadfastly,
