Friends, in a world that is constantly and rapidly changing every day, the Word of God remains a steadfast and unchanging source of wisdom and truth. To become more godly and live a holier life that is pleasing to God, we must know His Word. It’s through His Word that we get to know Him. To know God, we must know His Word.
For me, I’ve found that the more time I spend in Scripture, the more peace is available for me to carry into my day. When circumstances shift or chaos surrounds me, His Word anchors me. It reminds me of who He is and who I am in Him. My encouragement to you today is this: don’t let the busyness of life push aside the one thing that will keep you grounded. Open your Bible, even if just for a few minutes, and let His truth meet you right where you are.
