Today is the day! Operation Christmas Child’s National Collection Week begins today. Terri and I are excited to see what the Lord will do and how He will provide. Since 1993, over 135 million shoebox gifts have been collected and distributed to over 100 countries across the globe. Through OCC, millions of children have heard the Good News of Jesus Christ and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Each year, we continue to be awed by seeing God moving and working through His people. We know that 2016 will not be an exception.
If you get a chance, stop by our Collection Center hosted by our home church, Trinity Bible Church. We are grateful for our church partnering with us, faithfully, collection season after collection season. We are thrilled beyond belief by the thousands of people in our surrounding North Dallas area who take the time to pray and fill shoebox gifts with love and goodies like toys, hygiene items, and school supplies.
