God delivers on His promises. He is trustworthy and has proven He is faithful. Throughout the Old Testament, we see God follow through on His promises to the Israelites. In the New Testament, we witness the fulfillment of His promise to Adam and Eve that He would provide a Savior to make things right and restore humanity into right relationship with Him. Today, because of His faithfulness, you and I can experience redemption and salvation through the promise of His Son, Jesus Christ, who took our place as the propitiation for our sins.
God is faithful. And for that, He is worthy of praise!
Psalms 36:5
Your steadfast love, O LORD, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds.
Psalms 119:90
Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast.
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Hebrews 10:23
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.
Scripture is filled with examples of God’s faithfulness. We can count on Him to be faithful in our lives as well.
