Sunday Prayer | A Summer Prayer

Father God, thank You for blue skies, beautiful sunrises, and breathtaking sunsets. As I look at Your creation, words fail me when I try to describe what my eyes see. My senses can barely fathom the magnificence of Your grand creation. Birds sing and squirrels run, as lizards soak in the rays of the Sun. The aroma of burgers grilling and the din of children playing sweeps through the neighborhood. I am grateful for this experience and I thank You for the life You have given me. I’m overwhelmed by the grace and mercy You have showered upon me. May I sing Your praises, Lord, for You alone are worthy. Glory be to You God. Forever and ever. Amen.
