I remember President Reagan was dubbed the “Great Communicator “ by the media, I suppose. His word pictures about how he viewed his role as a top leader are revealing. I believe he once said he was like the shop keeper who lived above his store. Also, I heard that when he came back from being away from the White House, after a trip or something, staff members who saw or heard the helicopter land said, “Daddy’s home.”
