There are seasons when faith feels less like standing on a mountain and more like walking through a fog.
We pray, but answers seem delayed.
We serve, but the fruit feels invisible.
We keep moving forward, but the change we hoped for seems out of reach.
Yet Scripture reminds us:
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Philippians 1:6 ESV
God is always working, even when we cannot see it.
We often measure God’s activity by what changes around us. However, the Lord is often doing His deepest work within us.
He is shaping our character. He is teaching us to surrender. God is growing our faith.
The seed does not become a tree overnight. Growth happens in hidden places.
The same is true of our souls.
Jesus Himself spent years in obscurity before His public ministry began. The hidden years were not wasted years. They were preparation.
Maybe you are in a season where you cannot see what God is doing.
Trust the Gardener.
Keep showing up.
Keep seeking Him.
The God who began the work is faithful to complete it.

Until my next post…
Be salty, stay lit.
