We search for God in extraordinary moments, powerful experiences, and dramatic answers to prayer.
Scripture reveals something beautiful.
God is not waiting for us to reach Him. He comes toward us. His pursues us.
From the beginning, God’s desire has always been to walk with His people. In the Garden, He walked with Adam and Eve. Throughout the Bible, He called people to follow Him, not just believe in Him from a distance. The Lord desires an up close and personal relationship.
Jesus’ invitation was simple:
“Follow me.”
Not just on the mountaintops or in the moments of victory. But in the ordinary days. The difficult days filled with uncertainty
God isn’t just present in the moments when we feel close to Him. He’s present in every step.
Today, remember:
You do not walk alone.
The God who calls you is the God who walks with you through good times and bad. No matter what.

Until my next post…
Be salty, stay lit.

I hope all goes well at the hospital, Alan. I just spent a few days in one here with my mom as she was battling an infection. Thankfully, she is all better now.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post and respond to it. Blessings to you and Susan as well. 🙏
