HELLO AMERICA! Hope all is well in your world today.
Have you ever stopped to think about what it means that your body is a temple?
In 1 Corinthians 6:19, the Apostle Paul writes:
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?”
Pretty incredible, right?
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;”
1 Corinthians 6:19 NIV

God doesn’t just want to meet you at church on Sunday.
He wants to dwell in you.
Your body.
Your mind.
Your everyday life.
And then Paul says something we can easily miss:
“You are not your own.”
That doesn’t mean God wants to control you like a puppet.
It means you and I belong to Someone who loves us deeply.
So before you speak, act, or make that next decision, remember:
You are carrying the presence of God with you.
So live like it.
Not perfectly.
But intentionally.
Because wherever you go today, you are a temple of the Holy Spirit.
And that’s a game-changer.

Until my next post…
Be salty, stay lit.

Your body is a temple, not a puppet theater. You belong to Someone who loves you deeply. And before you speak, act, or decide, you carry that presence with you. Not perfectly, intentionally. Rainer, that distinction changes everything. We’re not trying to earn holiness. We’re trying to live like we already belong to Love. Be salty, stay lit. Yes.

This is always a timely reminder, brother: “we are not our own, but have been bought with a price.” Amen. Enjoy your day!
