My dearest T and I are enjoying our long holiday weekend. We celebrated the 4th with Terri’s parents, Gary and Joyce. We ate brisket, baked beans, potato salad, tomato and cucumber salad, and topped it off with a refreshing homemade dessert Terri’s mom made.
