Good morning, friends. I’ve been feeling wretched since Thursday. I believe I came down with a bad case of food poisoning. So, I appreciate your prayers. I hope to get back in the swing of things when I’m better, but for right now I hope you’ll check out some previous posts.
Healing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today to lift up my illness to You. I am feeling wretchedly ill since Thursday and I need Your healing touch. Lord, I ask for Your healing hands to touch me, to bring comfort, to ease pain, and to restore health. In Jeremiah 17:14, Your Word says, “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.” I hold onto this promise, believing in Your mighty power to heal and to save.
Grant me peace in this time of suffering, patience to endure their discomfort, and strength to hold onto faith amidst this trial. May Your love envelop me, Your peace fill my heart, and Your healing power flow through every part of my body.
In Jesus’ Name, I pray,
Amen.
